Woman alleges officer from narcotics department raped her

Jaipur: A 48-year-woman has alleged that a senior officer of narcotics department has raped her several times on different occasions, police said today. AP [/caption] The woman has lodged an FIR against Ajay Jain, claiming that he is an officer in narcotics department, and she was raped by him several times on different occasions after being offered sedative drinks, SHO, Malvia Nagar, Neeraj Bharadwaj said. According to the woman, she met Jain in 1997. Bhardwaj said the matter is being probed to ascertain further details but “primary investigation suggests that the woman is suffering from some mental illness”. PTI
