WATCH 'May end up beside immodest woman or a gay', British Islamic scholar says don't join protests in West

Imran Ibn Mansur, a British Islamic scholar who goes by the online moniker “Dawah Man,” warned against Muslims participating in protests during a lecture on December 1, 2023, at the Darussalam Masjid and Cultural Centre in Southall, a London suburb. He claimed that attending a protest would be impossible without Muslim sisters leaving their homes, standing next to a “guy that is going to take it in the backside at night,” and the “free mixing” of men and women. Ibn Mansur cited a verse in the Quran that told women to stay at home, and if they did leave, he said, they had to cover themselves with a jilbab or a niqab, a face veil.
