The Israel-Hamas war entered its 28th day on Thursday amid this videos are doing rounds on social media, showing Israel Defense Forces exposing and destroying tunnels in Gaza Strip where Hamas terrorists are sheltering. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) which showed Israeli troops uncovering tunnel shafts, rigging them with explosives, and neutralising Hamas’ terrorist tunnels during special operations inside Gaza.

Another video showed Israeli fighters of the elite Yahalom combat engineering unit working to demolish Hamas tunnels discovered during ground operations in the Gaza Strip. IDF said Yahalom troops, members of the Combat Engineering Corps’s 7107th Battalion, along with infantry forces of the Nahal and Negev brigades, as well as tanks, have uncovered several tunnel entrances in northern Gaza. “The fighters uncovered shafts, planted explosives, trapped and neutralized the tunnels in the territory of the Gaza Strip,” IDF said.
