The US military said two men were killed in a strike on an alleged drug-smuggling boat in the Eastern Pacific, taking the overall death toll in the campaign to at least 107.

The US military on Monday reported that a strike targeting an alleged drug-smuggling vessel in the Eastern Pacific resulted in two deaths, raising the total number of people killed in Washington’s campaign in the region to at least 107.

In a post on X, US Southern Command said “intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations,” adding that two men were killed.
