Former US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley's son, Nalin Haley, said that the United States should stop foreign aid and bar legal immigration as well, since there are no jobs for American youths. In an interview with UnHerd, Nalin took the example of how his friends are not getting jobs in the country because of tough competition.
Nalin, who has emerged as a vocal Maga activist, said that those who do not like America “should just get out”, referring to journalist Mehdi Hasan. Nalin reiterated that he is not sarcastic when he says Mehdi Hasan should be denaturalised and thrown out of the US.
“No, I quite literally mean that. I’m often sarcastic, but not in this case. I mean, he hates America. If you hate America, you shouldn’t be in America. … Everyone wants to make it so complicated. That’s the thing with the past generation. They always talk about the rules, regulations, and process. No, it’s simple. If you don’t like America, get out," Indian -origin Nalin Haley said.

The 24-year-old regularly makes right-leaning remarks online and even criticised biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy. Ramaswamy urged the GOP to stop identity politics and rise above race, religion – in the aftermath of the GOP’s defeat in New York, New Jersey and Virginia.
However, Nalin did not agree with his, calling his assertion “cringeworthy”, emphasising that the GOP cares about religion. Not only immigration, irrespective of legality, Nalin Haley believes that the US should end all foreign aid as long as people have unemployment, medical debt.
“My friend group from high school, all graduated, great degrees from great schools. It’s been a year and a half, and not one of them has a job — not one. So I’m angry at that, because I’m having to try and help my friends get jobs when their parents got jobs immediately — not just after graduating college, but out of high school," he said.
The 24-year-old is currently working in finance, but emphasised that he can’t see himself owning a house in the current economy. “My parents bought their first house for $90,000. I mean, that house is probably now worth $400,000. How can we compete?”
