TOKYO A tsunami of 60 cm (2 feet) reached Onahama Port in Fukushima, the first tsunami waves to hit the coast after a powerful earthquake struck northern Japan on Tuesday, public broadcaster NHK reported.A tsunami warning of up to 3 metres (10 feet) has been issued.
