Multiple gunshots were heard midday Tuesday at the site in a historic section of town near the Government House, but it wasn’t clear who was firing. Erawan emergency medical services said one man was killed and 50 others were injured in the incident. The flare in violence came after police started trying to clear out demonstrators who have been camping out at various spots around the capital in an attempt to unseat the prime minister. AP
