They were arrested while fishing near the Sri Lankan coast, he said, adding it was not clear why they were shifted to Jaffna. “One boat was from Rameswaram. It is not immediately clear from which districts the other fishermen were,” he said. Suburaj later said that the other two boats were from Mandapam. PTI
