Purify her uterus if she isn't a virgin: IS releases shocking 'sex slave' guidebook

The Islamic State has, believe it or not, released a shocking guidebook on how to treat its female sex slaves. Something out of the dark, middle ages, this guidebook makes your flesh crawl and fill you with disgust. [caption id=“attachment_1790601” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] Representational image. Reuters[/caption] The Research and Fatwa Department of IS, gives its fighters the green light to turn captured women into slaves and concubines, and even give them as gifts to one another, reports the  Daily Mail . The Arabic manual, titled Questions And Answers On Taking Captives And Slaves, has been translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute , instructs IS fighters on how to buy and sell women and girls who have been captured in war as booty. Some of the more horrifying things detailed in the pamphlet include IS giving permission to their fighters to have sex with their captive immediately if she is a “virgin”. If she is not, it mandates that “her uterus must be purified” first. It has, however, not given any instructions on how one can “purify” a woman’s uterus. One of the more chilling questions deals with whether or not women slaves can be “shared sexually” by men if bought by multiple “masters”. The detailed answer sends shivers down the readers’ spine and leaves little to the imagination. “It is forbidden to have intercourse with a female captive if [the master] does not own her exclusively. One who owns [a captive] in partnership [with others] may not have sexual intercourse with her until the other [owners] sell or give him [their share].” The Islamic State has also condoned the beating of women, however, one concession is that it forbids the “masters” from beating them on their face. “It is permissible to beat the female slave as a [form of] darb ta’deeb [disciplinary beating], [but] it is forbidden to [use] darb al-takseer [literally, breaking beating], [darb] al-tashaffi [beating for the purpose of achieving gratification], or [darb] al-ta’dheeb [torture beating]. Further, it is forbidden to hit the face.” If this hasn’t shocked you yet, the document also provides detailed answers on “earthly punishment” of female slaves who dare to run away from their masters and surprisingly warns the men not to “kiss” the female slave of another.
