The White House confirmed that it was indeed President Obama who was tweeting from the account while the First lady herself welcomed him to Twitter with an “About time!” If that wasn’t enough welcome, he also engaged in a clever banter with former President Bill Clinton on Tuesday. Welcoming President Obama to Twitter, Bill Clinton tweeted:
