A woman in a black T-shirt took over the podium of European Central Bank President Mario Draghi's news conference shouting "End the ECB dictatorship," and scattered confetti on him. In a statement later, she said she was motivated to protest against Draghi because he’s never been elected. Reuters

Police told afterwards that the 21-year-old woman from Hamburg had had a valid media accreditation. She was questioned by police but later released. REUTERS
