Amid escalating tensions between India and Canada, Pro-Khalistan organisation Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has threatened Hindus living in Canada and asked them to leave the country as soon as possible. SFJ’s legal counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in a video can be heard saying, “Indo-Hindu leave Canada; go to India. You not only support India but you are also supporting the suppression of speech and expression of pro-Khalistan Sikhs.” WATCH:
Mr. @JustinTrudeau your beloved #SikhsForJustice gave open threat to Indian Hindus to leave #Canada.

If you think you'll win by gaining #Sikh votes, you're highly mistaken. Your frustation is evident, You cannot fool your citizens for long. pic.twitter.com/86B8pdCptY
Pannun stated that, “You are supporting violence by celebrating the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar.” He also called on Canadian Sikhs to vote on 29 October for a so-called referendum in Vancouver. Pannun also praised pro-Khalistan Sikhs of Canada and said that they have always been loyal and upheld the country’s laws and constitution. Notably, India has declared Pannun as a terrorist. The video got viral hours after Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau said that Canadian intelligence agencies were actively pursuing credible allegations tying New Delhi’s agents to the shooting of Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh. India quickly dismissed Trudeau’s claim, and said it was expelling a Canadian diplomat, a tit-for-tat move after Canada expelled India’s senior diplomat. With inputs from agencies
