New Time Magazine cover cracks Obama's healthcare plan in half

Time Magazine’s new cover story on Barack Obama’s proposed healthcare programme has simply and effectively shown how the bill’s pros and cons have been debated endlessly by the American public. It shows a pill broken in half, with one half saying “Obama”, and the other saying “Care”. The cover story, by Nancy Gibbs, looks at how President Barack Obama needs to fix what has been a disastrous rollout of the federal health law.
