Kathmandu: The new government in Nepal has decided to send special envoys to India and China to maintain harmonious relations with both neighbours. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bimalenda Nidhi will be the special envoy for Nepal government to India, according to a Cabinet decision made on Thursday.
