Pakistan Navy on Monday night said that its troops had thwarted an attack on the Karachi dockyard on Saturday in which one of its soldier lost his life while defending the facility. Two militants were killed and four were apprehended. Some of the attackers were said to be in navy uniforms, the report said. The attack on the naval facility took place on Saturday but it was kept under wraps due to some strategic reasons, a spokesperson for the navy said. IANS
