Four Chinese coast guard boats and one Chinese maritime surveillance ship temporarily entered restricted or forbidden waters near Kinmen on Monday, according to Kuan Bi-ling, minister of Taiwan’s Ocean Affairs Council, which is in charge of the coast guard.
