Moscow: Russia’s prime minister says the legitimacy of the new Ukrainian authorities is questionable. Dmitry Medvedev said Monday, according to Russian news agencies, that the new authorities have come to power as a result of “armed mutiny,” so their legitimacy is causing “big doubts.” [caption id=“attachment_1406495” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]  Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
