Ferguson, Missouri: Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson says he couldn’t have done anything differently in his confrontation with Michael Brown to have prevented the 18-year-old’s shooting death. Wilson made his first public statements Tuesday during an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos. Wilson had been with the Ferguson police force for less than three years before the shooting. He told Stephanopoulos that Brown’s shooting marked the first time he had used his gun. Associated Press
