Join the war against joint pain, today!

Ever had trouble hopping into a bus, squatting leisurely at a friend’s place or even climbing staircase? Don’t ignore it as a mere pain in the knee or hip. This simple pain can be arthritis - that can rob your health and happiness. On World Arthritis Day, which is observed every year on 12 October, it is clear that there is ample need to create global awareness about this disease.[caption id=“attachment_105463” align=“alignleft” width=“380” caption=“Miners often suffer from arthritis. Arthritis has over 100 different variants, with joint pain being the most common symptom. Eroding joints due to different reasons can cause unbearable pain and inflammation. Types like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis are seen commonly. Constant ache and difficulty in movement are often the results of arthritis. Arthritis may also lead to obesity and heart ailments. Sadly, even with massive strides in medical sciences there is no cure available yet for arthritis. There are different forms of therapies available and excercising regularly on a required basis can keep the trouble under control. This year’s theme ‘ Move to Improve’ is a step forward to reduce pain, minimise damage and spread awareness. You may be the next one to be hit by arthritis. Do not neglect your exercise.
