The Palestinian government news agency reported that three Palestinians were killed by Israeli soldiers and settlers on Wednesday in Qusra village, which is close to the West Bank city of Nablus. The Red Crescent reports that eleven further Palestinians were injured by live ammunition. The acting governor of Nablus, Ghassan Daghlas, told the media earlier in the day that Israeli settlers had stormed the community south of Nablus and had shot live bullets at local residents and ambulances.
