Israel defence minister Ehud Barak to visit US to discuss Gaza

Washington: The Israeli Defence minister Ehud Barak would travel to United States this week to hold discussions with his American counterpart Leon Panetta on the current situation in Gaza in the aftermath of last week’s ceasefire with the Hamas and bilateral security ties. They’ve met and talked on a number of occasions, in the United States and in Israel, and they look forward to yet another discussion on a whole host of issues,” Little said. PTI
