to the list of the TIME magazine’s ‘Person of the Year’ down decades, has everyone from Mark Zuckerberg to Vladimir Putin on it. And like most other years, media moguls and curious readers alike are looking forward to the magazine’s announcement of the most significant international personality of the year. And in the run for the coveted title are some usual suspects - like Barack Obama and Apple CEO Tim Cook, with Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton for company. Reuters.[/caption] While the Clintons have been nominated for their worldwide humanitarian work, they might face stiff competition from Malala Yousufzai, the teenage Pakistani activist who was shot at by the Taliban for advocating women’s education. A pleasant addition to the list, however, is Higgs-Boson. Popularly called the ‘God particle’ Higgs-Boson grabbed as many eye-balls as Obama after he re-election possibly. No wonder the magazine decided to nominate it along with the three scientists who discovered it. Check out the entire list
