Hezbollah praises Hamas, says attack message to Arab countries flaunting normal ties with Israel

Terror group Hezbollah on Saturday praises the massive Hamas operation against Israel, which killed several civilians and pointed out that the sudden attack is a message to Arab countries normalizing relations with Israel. The terror group said it is in direct contact with the Hamas leadership in Gaza and abroad, and called on Arab and Muslim people around the world to declare their support to Hamas and the Palestinian people. It further added that armed resistance is the only way to confront the Israeli “aggression.” Hezbollah said that the “Al-Aqsa Deluge” operation launched by Hamas against Israel early on Saturday morning is a message to the international community and the Arab and Muslim world, in particular to those countries seeking normalization of relations with Israel. The terror group also called on the Israeli government to learn the “important lessons” taught by the “Palestinian resistance.” Earlier on Saturday, Israeli air raids hit the Gaza Strip after Hamas announced the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood against Israel. The militant group running the besieged enclave says it has fired thousands of rockets towards Israel. Several casualties have so far been reported. The Israeli military radio also reported that Palestinian fighters from Gaza have “infiltrated” Israel and breached borders. Visuals emerging from the conflict zone show armed men on vehicles inside Israel; there is also unverified footage of Palestinian fighters taking Israeli citizens hostage, all pointing to the severity of the attack.
