CIA denies 'bro' a peek into Bin Laden's porn collection

A lot of documents were recovered from Osama Bin Laden's Abbottabad compound on the night of 'Zero Dark Thirty'. The Al Qaeda supremo's palace was a gold mine for the CIA, with the documents recovered giving insight into the life and mind of the world's most wanted man. While all of us got to know that the world's most wanted man was also probably the world's most dirtiest.

CIA denies bro a peek into Bin Ladens porn collection

According to a Reuters report published in the Washington Post in 2011, Osama had a huge stash of pornography at his stronghold and US recovered all of it.

Recently a lot of documents recovered from Abbottabad have been declassified, but it looks like Bin Laden's porn collection will remain a secret.

David Covucci, a blogger at BroBible and self proclaimed 'king of bros', wrote to the CIA, requesting a peek into what the world's most wanted man saw in his most private moments, according to a report in Mother Jones.

"We at the men's general interest publication BroBible dot com (one of the nation's largest websites for men), would like to know what pornographic materials Osama Bin Laden had in his possession at the time of his death... We are adults. We can handle it," the report quoted Covucci as saying.

Sadly, though, the world of bros will not ever be able to know the contents of Bin Laden's personal collection. Apparently CIA wasn't so hunky dory about releasing the "classified" content to Covucci, according to a Washington Post report.

CIA's information and privacy coordinator, Michael Lavergne replied to Covucci's request a month later:

“With regard to the pornographic material Osama Bin Laden had in his possession at the time of his death, responsive records, should they exist, would be contained in the operational files. The CIA Information Act, 50 U.S.C 431, as amended, exempts CIA operational files from search, review, publication, and disclosure requirements of the FOIA. To the extent that this material exists, the CIA would be prohibited by 18 USC Section 1461 from mailing obscene matter,” the report quoted Lavergne's reply.

Too bad for Covucci and all the other 'bros' out there. Truly, CIA's secrets go deep.
