The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection says Xi has been disloyal and dishonest to the party and failed to disclose personal matters to the party. It says Xi used his position to seek benefits for others and to take bribes. Xi’s case is alarming in that it points to substantial corruption at the highest level of China’s judiciary. AP
