Thirty two people have been taken to hospitals across Glasgow after a police helicopter crashed into a crowded pub overnight, while three people are feared dead. Police in Scotland have confirmed that three people were on board the chopper at the time, while at least 120 people had gathered in the pub to watch a music gig. Rescuers have been working through the night to rescue an unknown number of people trapped inside The Clutha pub in the center of Glasgow. As dawn broke, firefighters were pictured working on the collapsed roof. The crash has left the country’s national force without any operational helicopter as the ill-fated aircraft was the sole functional chopper, according to the Telegraph news report. Eyewitnesses told AFP that they saw the chopper dropping like a stone from the sky, while people inside the pub heard a whooshing sound before the roof caved in and the air filled with dust and screams.
