Zurich, Switzerland The third position on the list has been secured by Zurich with 97.1 score. Known for financial stability, pristine healthcare, seamless public transport, rich cultural venues and scenic environment. It provides a perfect blend of Swiss precision and quality of life.

Melbourne, Australia Ranked fourth with a score of 97, Melbourne is famous for world-class healthcare, education, vibrant café culture, tram network and green urban design. The premier sports events enhance its dynamic city life. 

Geneva, Switzerland The city has scored the fifth position on the list with a score of 96.8. Excellence in healthcare, education and infrastructure and home to global organisations, scenic lakeside living, international flavour and political stability all contribute to its popularity.

Sydney, Australia Sydney ranks sixth with a 96.6 score on the list. It is already among the top-ranked cities in Western Europe and Australia. With the scenic harbour, top-tier health and education, strong infrastructure, cultural vibrancy and high environmental quality, the city is considered to be one of the top choices. 

Osaka, Japan (tie seventh) With a score of 96, Osaka has secured the seventh position on the list. It has excellent transport facilities, healthcare and public safety along with culinary culture, efficient urban systems and a harmonious mix of traditional and modern living. 

Auckland, New Zealand (tie seventh) Auckland also scored 96, thus securing the seventh position on the list. It has a balanced lifestyle, good public services, strong healthcare and education and easy access to nature making it a top contender in Asia‑Pacific placemaking.

Adelaide, Australia With a score of 95.9, this city has secured the ninth position on the list. It is known for steady healthcare, smooth infrastructure, calm environment, arts festivals and manageable city life which is adored by families and retirees alike.

Vancouver, Canada At the tenth position is Vancouver with a score of 95.8. It is the highest‑ranked North American city with exceptional healthcare, environment, cultural offerings, scenic beauty and reliable public services despite Canada’s housing pressures.
