Despite not being one of the best players in Spain’s history, Oscar has had a successful managerial career, including his stint in Bangladesh 

Oscar has won four Bangladesh Premier League titles with Bashundhara Kings, two Federation Cups and one Independence Cup 

In India, he won the Goa Professional League in 2013-14 with Sporting Club de Goa  

Oscar was also an assistant coach of ISL club Mumbai City FC during the 2015-16 season 

The 47 year-old has also coached New Radiant FC in Maldives, winning multiple titles
