Shakshuka (Israel) This is an Israeli dish that one can have any time of the day. It consists of soft-boiled or poached eggs in a tomato-based slightly spicy sauce.

Poha (India) Made out of flattened rice, this also contains curry leaves, mustard seeds, onions and turmeric. This dish contains high amounts of nutrients like iron and fibre. 

Banchan (Korea) This dish is made with rice, soup, kimchi and other dishes that include fish, meat and vegetables. It is low-fat and rich in lean proteins. 

Acai Bowl (Brazil) A Bowl of acai berries, granola and fruits are blended to make this popular dish. It is high in antioxidants and vitamins.
