Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that US President Donald Trump could change the course of Russia's war against Ukraine, adding that the United States is prepared to provide security guarantees after the war ends. Zelensky’s comments come after President Donald Trump said on Truth Social that he believes Ukraine can regain all the land that it has lost since the 2022 Russian invasion in one of the strongest statements of support he has given Kyiv. Trump’s comments were rejected by the Kremlin that said Russia had no choice but to continue its military offensive on Ukraine.
