Police officers from the Los Angeles Police Department shot and killed a man who was found holding a plastic fork. The officers were responding to a distress call in a warehouse when the incident happened. The bodycam footage has brought to light the rise in fatal police shootings in the US. Last year saw the highest fatalities with over 1,200 people being shot and killed by American police officials.
