Flying just got a little less comfortable. Canadian budget airline WestJet is now charging passengers extra for seats that actually recline. The new design, rolling out this month, features only 12 fully reclining seats on each aircraft — while the rest will remain fixed. For WestJet passengers, leaning back now comes at a price.
