With $780 million worth of Bitcoin, nearly one-third of its GDP, the country has become the fourth-largest government holder of Bitcoin globally. Unlike other nations, Bhutan acquired its Bitcoin through eco-friendly mining operations powered by renewable hydropower, led by state-owned Druk Holding.
