A tragic incident in Pittsburgh has claimed the life of 51-year-old Rakesh Ehagaban, an Indian-origin motel manager. According to police reports, Ehagaban stepped outside the Pittsburgh Motel in Robinson Township to investigate a disturbance and was fatally shot in the head by the suspect, identified as 37-year-old Stanley Eugene West. The shooting occurred on Friday night when Ehagaban tried to intervene in an argument outside the property.This shocking case comes just days after another killing in Dallas, where 27-year-old Chandrashekar Pole, a student from Hyderabad, lost his life while working at a gas station. He was gunned down by an unidentified assailant, and his family has appealed to authorities for assistance in bringing his body back to India. Both incidents have sparked concern within the Indian community in the United States, highlighting the growing need for safety and justice.
