Youth-led protests that killed at least three in Morocco have entered their 13th day. The protesters gathered outside the parliament in the capital, Rabat, and called for reforms, jobs, housing, health, education, and a change of government in the country. The protesters, led by youth collective Gen Z 212, called on the Moroccan Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch to resign. The fresh protests came ahead of the much-anticipated speech by King Mohammed during the opening of the autumn legislative session. Similar demonstrations have spread through major Moroccan cities, including Casablanca, Fez, and Marrakech.
