The India V Pakistan Asia Cup clash has once again spilt off the field—this time with a “Handshake Row” grabbing headlines. After India’s dominant 7-wicket win, Suryakumar Yadav and his team refused to shake hands with Pakistani players, dedicating the victory to the Indian Army and victims of the Pahalgam terror attack. Pakistan, embarrassed on and off the pitch, has now filed a protest against match referee Andy Pycroft, claiming he stopped the handshake. ICC has dismissed Pakistan’s plea.
