Let Kashmir decide whether they want Zubin Mehta or not

Kashmir should have the right to decide whether they want Zubin Mehta’s concert or not. Above all, they need a plebiscite. It is a ploy to obfuscate the Kashmiri problem and an attempt to portray that everything is fine with Kashmir which it is not.
