Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov mentioned that no concrete arrangement for a call has been made yet, though such a discussion could be arranged quickly if needed. Reports suggest that President Trump has been considering providing long range missiles to Kyiv through European partners after his Alaska meeting with Putin in August failed to achieve any breakthrough on peace negotiations.
