The Maldives' former foreign minister Abdulla Shahid has refuted President Mohamed Muizzu's claims of "thousands of Indian troops" being stationed at Malé as just another lie. In his statement, Shahid has said that there are no foreign soldiers stationed in the Maldives. President Muizzu is yet to respond to these allegations. Palki Sharma tells you more.
