India's Supreme Court Shelves Plan To Lock Up Stray Dogs | Vantage with Palki Sharma

India’s Supreme Court has modified its controversial order on stray dogs in Delhi and the National Capital Region. Instead of permanent sheltering, stray dogs will now be sterilised, vaccinated, and released back to their original locations, except for those with rabies or aggressive behaviour. The ruling also bans street feeding, introducing designated feeding zones with legal penalties for violations.
