We have usually assumed that happiness relies on the age of an individual. The younger the age the more happy or free a person is. But this may be wrong. What if happiness doesn’t fade with age — but grows? Researchers have cracked down the reason and tracked 460,000 lives which resulted in finding that happiness follows a U-shaped curve. In youths, there is joy, ambitions and different perspective of life but with age we cater some responsibilities which is later rediscovered through wisdom, acknowledgement and gratitude. Happiness isn’t a finish line — it’s a lifelong evolution shaped by what we value and who we love.
