What are "Napcations", a new trend which India is witnessing in holiday designed cities. It is a sleep tourism which allows one to rest and sleep. As recommended by health experts, one should get at least seven to eight hours of sleep per day which is not fulfilled by the current generation. The reason could vary. With higher anxiety levels, rising stress and restlessness, globetrotters are seeking an escape through the situation. Hotels across India are introducing sleep-focused packages featuring blackout rooms, herbal teas, and spa therapies. Globally, the sleep tourism market has been introduced in recent times which exceeds 600 billion dollars and could reach one trillion by 2028 as it is a growing market and is attracting wider public at large.
