26-year-old EY India employee, Anna Perayil, died recently. Her mother’s letter to the EY Chairman has fuelled anger among workers globally. Perayil’s mother accuses the accounting firm of overworking her daughter to death. She alleged "relentless demands, unrealistic expectations, and glorification of overwork". While these are allegations, thousands of users have taken to social media to share condolences & workplace horror stories.
