Smartphone maker XOLO’s latest device, the Xolo Q2000 has been spotted online on the company’s official website. This is the company’s first 5.5-inch smartphone with an HD screen and has a 13 megapixel camera.
Key features of the smartphone are:
• A 5.5-inch screen with 720x1280 pixel resolution with a pixel density of 267ppi.
• MT6589W chipset with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. For graphics it also has a PowerVR SGX544 GPU clocked at 357MHz. These are pretty solid specs, but not hugely exciting. If games like Subway Surfer are what you are looking for, the device will more than suffice.
• A 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. The rear camera supports 1080p video recording. The camera also upports Image Stabilisation, HDR mode and has a support for horizontal panorama view.
• It comes with 8 GB of memory space that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.
• It runs Android 4.2 version of Jelly Bean and has a 2600 mAh battery which the company says has upto 12 hours of talk time on 3G and a charging time of 4 hours.
The company’s official website also lists the smartphone as support LTE but according to Tech2 the chipset doesn’t support LTE and thus it is likely an error on part of the company.
