Simmtronics launches 'made in India' XPad X 722 tablet for Rs 5,999

Simmtronics has announced the launch of the voice enabled XPad X 722 tablet, from which users can also make regular phone calls for Rs 5,999. The tablet which runs on Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich is powered by Cortex A8 1.0 GHz and 400 2D/3D processor. It comes with an internal memory of 4 GB and is expandable up to 32 GB. It also allows for WiFi and 3G connectivity and supports USB dongles. The device has a 7-inch capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, a 2 MP rear camera and a 9.3 MP front camera which facilitates video calls.
