First look: Coolpad Dazen 1 features decent specs for an entry level phone

While it was launched at Rs 6,999, it has recently got a price drop and now sells for Rs 5,999[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_271586” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The Dazen 1 has a 5-inch HD display and it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB or RAM[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_271587” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The Coolpad Dazen 1 comes with its own custom OS atop the Android 4.4.4 Kitkat. The Cool UI 6 skin looks quite similar to the MIUI 6 we have seen on Xiaomi phones[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_271588” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  Coolpad Dazen 1 comes with a plastic removable cover. For the selfie-obsessed, the Dazen 1 boasts of a 5MP front facing camera[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_271584” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The Dazen 1 has a dual-SIM configuration with support for 4G LTE SIM cards.
