First Look: Asus VivoMini UN62 is an ultra-compact mini PC with a pleasing design and good specs

It comes in a plastic construction and measures 131 x 131 x 42 mm[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246501” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The bundle is quite simple comprising a power adapter and a VESA mount unit using which you can lodge the VivoMini PC behind your monitor itself thereby saving space[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246502” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The design of the ASUS VivoMini UN62 is quite simple, coming in a gray-coloured box with concentric circle-texture on top. The top and bottom of the UN62 are rounded and so are the edges. On the front, you just have a power button along with an LED indicator on the side[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246500” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  On the underside of the VivoMini UN62, you have an air vent and rubberised feet to ensure a good grip if placed flat on a surface[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246497” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The rear portion of the ASUS VivoMini UN62 has all the ports: power-in, HDMI port, DisplayPort, two USB 3.0 ports, a LAN port and a headphone jack. It can support a 4K/UHD output as well[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246498” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  On the left hand side, you have an SD card slot and two more USB 3.0 ports along with a Kensington lock[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246499” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The ASUS VivoMini UN62 houses an Intel Core i3-4030U processor, 128GB SSD, 4GB RAM, 802,11 b/g/n/ac WiFi[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246512” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The four rubber feet around the VivoMini UN62 cover the four screws which can be unscrewed to remove the bottom cover[/caption] [caption id=“attachment_246513” align=“aligncenter” width=“1280”]  The VivoMini UN62 houses an Kingston 4GB DDR3 RAM and an SK Hynix 128GB mSATA SSD.
