Once again in less than five days, Google’s Gmail users in India are facing 502 errors. Gmail was also down on 2 and 8 May. On 8 May, even Google’s Play Store had suffered an outage.

is also showing possible service issues with Gmail. The message on the page said, “502. That’s an error. The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds. That’s all we know.” The

Gmail is down again.[/caption] 502 errors means that two different servers involved in loading a web page (or other task) are not able to communicate properly. Let us know if you have access to Gmail. Gmail appears to be working for some of us in office but Google Chat is definitely not working.
