Nokia's metal-bodied Lumia 925 appears on India website

The recently launched Nokia Lumia 925 could be out in India soon as the smartphone has already made an appearance on the company’s India website. However there’s no word on when exactly the phone will be available in India or its cost. The price of the handset in Europe is 469 EUR which is approximately Rs 33,000, though it will cost more than this when it is launched in India thanks to taxes. The phone was unveiled by the company earlier this month and is touted as a slimmer version of the Lumia 920 but with a metal body. It has a 4.5-inch screen with AMOLED display and 1280×768 pixels resolution. It has a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, and 16GB storage space. The camera lens is 8.7 megapixels and has Image Optical Stabilisation and Carl Ziess optics and flash. The front camera is 1.2 megapixels. It has wireless charging as well.  This is a 4G smartphone, supports Bluetooth 3.0, NFC, USB 2.0 and WiFi. These include: Best Shot, which allows users to choose the best image from 10 frames, Action Shot where users can add multiple frames to an image in order to add a sense of motion to their photo. Lumia 925 will only be available in grey and black metallic colours.
