Nokia might not have revealed the price of the Lumia 1020 at the launch of the smartphone last month but the price of the phone is already available on Nokia’s own online store.
The online Nokia shop shows the price of the smartphone as Rs 49,999 and it is up for pre-order. The site is also offering pair of Nokia WH-530 stereo headphones for free for those who pre-order.
The price of the Lumia 1020 is pretty much in line with what had been predicted at the time of the launch.
The phone will officially hit the stores in India on 11 October.
After the Galaxy Note 3, the Lumia 1020 is another newly launch smartphone that is priced at Rs 50,000.
The Lumia 1020 has a 41-megapixel and an HD 1.2 megapixel wide angle front camera. The camera has Optical Image Stablisation, aperture of f/2.2 and a Xenon flash. Nokia Lumia 1020 is seen in this product photo. According to Nokia, the 41MP sensor can capture 34MP and 38MP image files at 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios respectively.
The Lumia 1020 camera captures 5MP oversampled images so that every pixel in the 5MP image has been created using the data from up to seven pixels of the sensor.
The phone comes with a 4.5-inch AMOLED WXGA (1280×768) display. It also includes a 2.5 D sculpted Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It has a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 prcessor and 2GB of RAM, the phone runs Microsoft’s Windows phone 8.
